Payment is required immediately at the time of the pre-order.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
For bank transfers, please ensure the payment is made on the same day as the order and send a copy of the payment confirmation to shop@greeneverafter.com to complete the process. The bank transfer should be made out to Gabriele Cantaluppi, IBAN IT02V0503410905000000006635, Banco BPM.
All transactions are secure and protected.
2 | Pre-order confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive two emails:
a purchase confirmation email
a pre-order confirmation email
3 | Separate pre-orders:
If you place multiple pre-orders:
each payment will be processed individually
each package will be shipped separately
shipping costs will be calculated and charged for each individual order.
4 | Shipping
Shipping will begin on March 17, 2025.
Customers will be notified via email of the exact shipping date.
During extreme weather conditions (hot or cold), shipments may be delayed or interrupted to ensure the health of the plants.
In case of a high volume of orders, we reserve the right to delay delivery and will inform you promptly.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and will be communicated at the time of pre-order confirmation.
5 | Cancellation and Fees
Pre-orders can be canceled within 30 days of the confirmation date without any penalty.
After 30 days from the confirmation date, a 20% penalty on the total order amount will be applied.
Cancellations cannot be made within the three weeks prior to March 17, 2025. To request a cancellation, please email shop@greeneverafter.com with your order number and customer details.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.
6 | Refunds
Refunds will be issued via PayPal or bank transfer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request or from the date of receipt of returned goods, if applicable.
