Right of Withdrawal

  • Under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014), customers who qualify as "consumers" (i.e., individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their business, trade, craft, or profession) have the right to withdraw from the contract and return ordered products without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the products.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice via email to shop@greeneverafter.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. The customer must copy and paste the withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page into the email. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, GEA will promptly inform the customer of the return procedures. The goods must be returned to GEA within 14 days from the authorization. Goods cannot be returned without prior confirmation from GEA. If the right of withdrawal is forfeited, GEA will return the purchased product to the customer.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of goods for which the price paid by the consumer is less than 50 euros, and it is excluded for contracts specified in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including but not limited to: 1) Custom-made or clearly personalized goods (letter c); 2) Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly (letter d); 3) Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (letter e).

  • The right of withdrawal is subject to the following non-negotiable conditions: 1) The right applies to the entire product purchased; it is not possible to withdraw from only part of the purchased product; 2) The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories); 3) If the goods have been damaged or have decreased in value due to handling other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the consumer will be liable for the diminished value of the goods.

  • The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. During the withdrawal period, the customer is responsible for the goods as a custodian. The shipment is under the customer's responsibility until GEA acknowledges receipt.

  • GEA will refund the entire amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products within 14 days from receiving the returned products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The company reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the customer has provided proof of having shipped the products back.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the issuing bank of the credit card. The company is not responsible for any delays in refunds caused by banking institutions or third-party payment operators.

Return and Refund Policy

Our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality plants and excellent service. However, we recognize that issues may arise during shipping. Therefore, we have developed the following return and refund policy to manage such situations. Please read the following carefully.

1. Return conditions
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or other similar motivations.
  • Returns are only accepted in the following case: The order was received more than 5 business days late in Italy or 8 business days late in the European Union from the date of the shipment confirmation email, and the plants arrived damaged.
2. Return procedure
If the above conditions are met, please follow this procedure:
  • Timing: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Contact: Send an email to shop@greeneverafter.com including:
    - Full name
    - Order number
    - Photos of the damaged plants
    - Detailed description of the issue
3. Customer commitment
To facilitate the return process, we ask that you:
  • Provide all requested information accurately and promptly.
  • Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
4. Return management
Upon receiving your email, we commit to:
  • Analyzing your request within 5 business days.
  • Contacting you to find a solution, which may include replacing the plant or issuing a refund.
5. Refund methods and times
  • Method: The refund will be issued via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Timing: The refund will be issued within 14 days from the resolution of the issue agreed upon with the customer, provided that all necessary information has been correctly provided.
6. Exclusions
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or any other reason not specified in the return conditions.
