Right of Withdrawal, returns, and refunds
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), customers who qualify as consumers, i.e., natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity, have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date on which they acquire physical possession of the goods, without providing any reason and without penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an explicit communication of their decision to withdraw from the contract to the e-mail address shop@greeneverafter.com within the aforementioned deadline.
For this purpose, the consumer may use the withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page, the use of which is optional, or submit any other explicit statement of their intention to withdraw from the contract.
Once the withdrawal communication is received, GEA | Green Ever After will provide the customer with instructions for returning the products.
Products must be returned within 14 days from the date on which the consumer communicated their withdrawal.
Except as provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal applies to products purchased in their entirety and under the following conditions:
- the product must be returned intact and, where possible, in its original packaging;
- the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning;
- the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including, by way of example:
- goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and were unsealed after delivery.
GEA | Green Ever After reserves the right to evaluate, on a case-by-case basis, the applicability of the exclusions provided for by current legislation to the products sold.
Refund
GEA | Green Ever After will refund all payments received from the consumer, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
GEA | Green Ever After may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return Policy for Shipping Damage
This policy exclusively governs cases of products damaged during transit or compromised due to delivery delays and supplements, without limiting them, any rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.
1. CONDITIONS FOR REPORTING
If plants are damaged during transit or compromised due to delivery delays, the customer is invited to contact GEA | Green Ever After within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
The request must be sent to shop@greeneverafter.com and contain:
- full name;
- order number;
- clear photographs of the packaging and plants;
- detailed description of the problem encountered.
3. EVALUATION OF THE REQUEST
GEA | Green Ever After will analyze the received documentation within 5 business days and will propose, at its discretion and based on the circumstances of the case, one of the following solutions:
- product replacement;
- issuance of a purchase voucher;
- total or partial refund.
4. REFUND METHODS
Any refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
