Barklyi

This botanical species is cultivated primarily for its unique foliage: oval-shaped leaves of a very dark, almost black color, crossed by lighter veins that add a touch of mystery. Its simple, pure white flowers, about 3–4 cm in diameter, create a striking contrast. Pelargonium barklyi is a true botanical gem, perfect for those seeking a plant with unmistakable and unique beauty. Like many other geophytic pelargoniums, it follows a winter cycle.

Introduced to Europe in 1891.

• Soil: very well-draining substrate with the addition of various inert materials.

The plants you will receive have been carefully pruned at least once, ensuring robust and well-branched plants with several growth points. Please note that these are not just rooted cuttings but young adult plants, ready to be potted into a larger pot. In many cases, you might receive plants that are already in bloom or about to bloom.
