Explore the beauty and fragrance of Pelargonium 'Concolor Lace', a variety with hazelnut-scented leaves introduced in 1955 by Krauss. This compact plant is distinguished by its abundant flowering and its unusual aroma.
Description
Description
Its small leaves, lobed and richly serrated, pear-green in colour. When rubbed they give off a perfume of fresh hazelnut, with some nuances that also recall the smell of carrot. The flowers are simple but charming, in a vibrant watermelon red that contrasts with the green of the leaves. 'Concolor Lace' requires attention with watering given that the roots are susceptible to root rot. It is advisable to have well-drained soil and water only when the soil is dry.
Year of introduction: 1955
