Bletilla ochracea is a fascinating terrestrial orchid , renowned for its cold resistance and ease of cultivation , making it particularly appreciated by both novice gardeners and orchid enthusiasts. Its versatility allows it to be successfully grown both in pots and in the open ground .

Description

This garden orchid stands out for its flowering with an unusual and gradual color, which continues generously throughout the season, giving a continuous explosion of colors. The flowers of this variety show off a splendid creamy yellow hue, with a diameter of about 4-5 cm and a fascinating purple-dotted labellum. The leaves, long and sinuous, of an intense green and with a narrow and folded shape, complete the harmonious beauty of this plant.
