Il Pelargonium Nöel ha fiori bianchi come il Natale, che si stagliano delicatamente sulle foglie verde chiaro. Le foglie, tipiche del tipo zonale di cui questa varietà fa parte, sono di un fresco verde mela e senza zonature. I fiori, doppi e di tipo cactus, hanno petali stretti color bianco puro.
