Le foglie sono tipiche delle piante Zonartic, lobate e particolarmente irsute, conferendo alla pianta l'aspetto classico delle varietà appartenenti a questo gruppo.

I fiori di 'Rushmoor Orinoco' sono doppi e di un delicato color giallo burro, arricchiti da sfumature pesca.
