Pelargonium 'Salicilla' is a very unusual zonal variety, which will probably become part of a possible new category that will be called medusa , a name given by the peculiarity of its leaves. Fruit of the creativity of the hybridizer Catia De Tomi, this plant amazes with its profusion of flowers that look like shooting stars.
Description
Description
Salicilla is a unique variety of its kind, standing out with its special and unique flowers and leaves that are clearly different from those of other geraniums. There are not many varieties with these characteristics. The needle-like leaves are small, measuring about 2-3 cm, and are an elegant sage green color.
The flowers of Salicilla are small, with narrow, upright petals of a delicate pink, fading to white.
The name of the Medusa group draws inspiration from the mythical figures of the Gorgons who had snake heads and this look that reminded them of the shapes of this pelargonium.
