Pelargonium schizopetalum is a real gem for every collector of Pelargoniums and not only.

A summer grower, this species blooms in late spring.

Description

This geophyte species is distinguished by its lobed leaves, with serrated edges and an elegant gray-green color. The leaves are fuzzy.

The flowers of the Pelargonium schizopetalum are simple but charming, with fringed petals. The upper petals are a delicate green, while the lower ones are a deep burgundy. This combination of colors creates a surprising and attractive contrast, wild but always beautiful.

Summer growing, it tends to go dormant in winter but still keeps its leaves.
