Tipiche foglie verde medio uniforme, prive di zonature sono la peculiarità di questa varietà.

I fiori di Pelargonium 'Surtarve NadaK' sono stradoppi e di tipo rosellina, con petali bianchi e margine rosato.

Portamento più compatto e ramificato rispetto la varietà 'Appleblossom Rosebud'.
